Lots of clients hire me to get them into better shape for an upcoming vacation. Whether you want to tighten up a bit, look more toned/muscular at the beach or totally transform yourself, there's no better way to do it than planning a trip. This gives you a goal to work towards and a date to reach it by. You will never have to wear your tee shirt into the pool again.

I can give you a training plan based on the equipment available at your hotel or resort so you can stay active. I also have workouts available that you can do without a gym. All you need is your own bodyweight and a hotel room, beach or lawn and you're good to go.
I also offer practical, easy to follow tips on how to eat while traveling. This includes airports, flights, restaurants and even stopping at convenience stores. I can also walk you through some no prep/low prep meals in case you don't have access to a kitchen. You don't have to throw in the towel just because you aren't in the comfort of your own home. A little bit of knowledge and preparation makes all the difference.
