Now Taking New Clients!!!
Want to learn how to make bodybuilding and fitness a lifestyle? I've been doing it for 25 years. During that time, I've developed strategies that allow you to stay in shape without letting it consume your entire life. Contrary to popular belief, it's actually very simple. My plans are based on properly structured training principles and simple, effective nutrition. That's all you need!
Have plans to compete in the future? I can assist you in reaching those goals. Whether it's open bodybuilding, classic physique, figure, bikini or any other class, I can help you bring your best.
Whether you're coming off of a prep and struggling to transition back to regular life, need to properly reverse diet so you don't lose what you've worked so hard to build or want to take that opportunity to make improvements, I can help you. Lot's of people struggle to find their groove post contest. Sometimes all you need is the proper guidance.
Want to look like a bodybuilder/fitness competitor but don't have aspirations to compete? If there's one thing I've learned over the past 25 years, it's how to make this a lifestyle.
Already in decent shape and want to take it to the next level? I can help you set new goals and reach them!
All lifestyle/bodybuilding clients must submit weekly check in photos. This is a MUST for assessing your starting point and your weekly progress. I don't put a lot of emphasis on scale weight. There's a lot more to developing a physique than chasing the scale.
Lifestyle clients should submit relaxed front, side and rear photos (pictured). Competitors and aspiring competitors should also include the mandatory poses for their division every week.
Angles and lighting need to be as consistent as possible every week. Pick the same spot, with the same lighting and angles and NO FILTERS!!! Photos should be an exact representation of exactly what you currently look like.
All photos should be taken the morning of your check ins and before you eat or drink anything. This is the only way to keep it accurate and consistent from week to week.
To take your own photos: Set your phone camera timer to 10 seconds, place your phone on a tripod, shelf, or countertop and make sure your entire body is visible. That's it! No more asking someone to assist you or taking mirror selfies over your shoulder.
For lifestyle clients, it's your choice. Just keep it consistent from week to week and make sure your physique is visible. For competitors/aspiring competitors, your attire should resemble what you would be wearing on stage. This means trunks, bathing suit/bikini or underwear. I'll leave that part up to you!
